This is the simplest heart healthy Greek yogurt ranch dressing recipe! If you love a nice creamy bottled dressing, then this is a great low saturated fat alternative.
Combine greek yogurt, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, fresh dill, pepper, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, and dijon mustard into a small bowl or container. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Enjoy!
Notes
Serving: this sauce can be used as a dip with raw veggies like cherry tomatoes and cucumbers or with whole grain pita. It can also be used as a salad dressing for a creamy garlic flavour, or as a spread on your favourite wraps or sandwiches. I personally love it with a homemade buffalo chicken ranch wrap!Storage: easily keeps in the fridge for 7 days in a sealed container.Nutrition: Calories: 67 kcal, Fat: 0 g, Saturated fat: 0 g, Carbohydrates: 4 g, Fibre 0 g, Protein 11 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Sodium 71 mg(Note: Nutrition information for this recipe is provided as an estimate only and is generated using a generic nutrition calculator and may contain errors.)
